For most of its history, UK49s ran on a simple, predictable rhythm — two draws a day, Lunchtime and Teatime, seven days a week. That changed in January 2026, when two new draws, Brunchtime and Drivetime, were added to the daily schedule. If you’ve been checking UK49s results for a while and are still getting used to the new structure, here’s a straightforward rundown of what actually changed.
The New Daily Schedule
UK49s now runs four times a day, all South African time:
- Brunchtime — 12:49
- Lunchtime — 13:49
- Drivetime — 17:49
- Teatime — 18:49
Each draw follows the same format as before: six main numbers drawn from a pool of 1 to 49, plus a Booster Ball. Nothing about how the numbers are drawn has changed — the only difference is that it now happens four times a day instead of two.
Why Add More Draws?
More frequent draws generally mean more opportunities for bookmakers to offer betting markets throughout the day, and more chances for players to check in on results without waiting as long between each one. What This Means If You’re Checking Results
If you’ve been used to only checking twice a day, the biggest practical change is timing. Brunchtime results land in the late morning, and Drivetime results land in the late afternoon — both roughly an hour or so before the draw you might already be used to checking (Lunchtime and Teatime respectively). We publish all four results here as soon as each one is confirmed, so you don’t need to track four different sources — just this one page, updated four times a day.
Does More Draws Mean Better Odds?
No — this is worth being direct about. Each of the four draws is a completely independent, random event, just like before. Adding more draws doesn’t change the underlying odds of any individual draw, and it doesn’t create any kind of pattern or advantage across the four.
